Most of us have witnessed or been involved with persons who’ve found themselves in crisis…well our MPD has specially trained officers who make the scene everyday to assist with ensuring those family members their loved one will be met with an officer who attempts to ensure they are handled in the least restrictive manner possible.  Lt.
