The Memphis Police Department Emergency Communication Bureau provides quality service to the community and handles all 911 calls from the city of Memphis. Using Call Answer Data, the Bureau's 145 dispatchers successfully respond to over 1 million 911 calls a year while meeting the national answer time standards.
